For Croyde, Exmouth, Bantham and Salcombe you can book instantly online. For Beer, or if you have specific requirements, just send us an enquiry and we'll confirm everything by email.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booking without charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time may be subject to a cancellation fee. If you need to change your booking, just get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
Yes — subject to availability. You can check availability and book instantly via our app or online booking system. If you're unsure, give us a call on 01392 427111 and we'll let you know what's free.
Most of our rooms have a TV screen available on request. Whiteboards are also available in some rooms. Please let us know when booking if you need AV equipment and we'll make sure everything is set up and ready for you.
We have on-site parking available which can be pre-booked via our app. There is also paid public parking available at Haven Road, a short walk from the building. Exeter Central station is just a 5-minute walk away if you're coming by train.
Subject to availability, yes. Just speak to a member of the team on the day and we'll check whether the room is free to extend. We'll always do our best to accommodate you.
Tea and coffee are included with all room bookings as standard. We don't currently offer full catering in-house, but we're happy to recommend local suppliers if you need food for a longer event or workshop. Just ask the team.
Our standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm. If you need a room outside of these hours, please get in touch and we'll see what we can arrange.
Yes — if you're booking a room for a full day we offer discounted rates. Get in touch with the team to discuss pricing for longer bookings and we'll put together the best deal we can.
